While there we assisted with local projects in the community and offered help when needed at PREFER Pre-school.
Our good friend Cathy Emmerson has spent the last 6 years in Rwanda helping children and families in need. Funds raised through SCARF will be spent in the local community and help not only the families but also the economy. Stay tuned for updates
